  I always get great service when I come here, which is quite often. The food is delicious and the servers are super sweet and friendly!! Also not going to lie the white chocolate cheesecake is a contributing factor on why I come here so often.

  Great experience every time I come here. The service is exceptional; the waiters and waitresses are very polite and make sure you have everything you need. The food is delicious. I usually have the burger when I come here and it has never failed me. (Also the cheesecake they have for dessert here is to die for)

  For 10+ years this has been one of my family's favourite casual dining options for non-asian food. The service is excellent as always, but lately Milestones has been suffering from over-saturation. The staff simply cannot keep up with the pace and orders are getting lost on a regular basis. Needless to say, the portions have been getting smaller and smaller This is a pretty regular occurrence for all restaurants in the area so I won't ding them too much for that. The biggest thing that kept me coming back was its dessert menu, particularly the Chocolate Ibarra Cake. However, they have changed their menu so that it no longer includes this. In light of this change, it's difficult to recommend Milestones over any of the other similar restaurants in the nearby area (Earls, The Keg, etc.). It's still a solid place to go to, but nothing special given its cost. And yes, expect to wait a very long time for both a seat (if you don't reserve) and the food.

  Great for families, not so much for vegans. Although our server made an effort, think this chain could definitely use some updates to its menu to make it more inclusive for those with dietary restrictions. It's not that hard to come up with simple, plant-based meals that aren't considered salad.
