  Extremely rude/argumentative morning staff that run the drive-thru.
  
  Ordered a breakfast wrap, paid for order and received a sandwich. Order was repeated twice and when asked why I was receiving a sandwich instead of the wrap I ordered, that was repeated twice they stated they were out of wraps. Asked why I was not informed of this when I ordered/before I paid and was met with blank stares.

  Completely understaffed. Workers are in slow motion. Use the drive thru, as they are the only ones being served.

  Horrible service. I kept having to repeat what I said multiple times to a Filipino women taking the order, even though I said my order fairly clearly. Was not paying attention to me (who was ordering) and was looking at my mom who had nothing to say since she left the ordering up to me. The woman, of course, got my order wrong. Sigh. Somehow a $25 meal became a $40 meal. We told her that this meal should cost around $25 but the woman kept making a displeased confused face at us. All the staff in the back was spectating like they had nothing else to do and was of no help. After 10 minutes we finally got the correct order.
  Incompetent and disorganized staff. Will NEVER return.

  Definitely one of the best Timmies I've been to. Consistently fast drive thru service on weekday mornings, and their coffee always tastes good (not like some other Tim Hortons locations that have soapy-tasting coffee)

  Young lady at till was good. Sandwich and wedges were dissapointing, im size and substance. Not worth what I paid!
