  This location has a very poor customer service! Most employees are foreign works from Latin America or Philippines, you could easily tell since they speak little to no English. Most of the times I go there around 10 PM, they have a few pieces or no donuts at all! I visited on May 28, 2017 at 11:25pm, and I had a CIBC VISA coupon for free Timbits. I also picked up a nice stainless steel tumbler for purchase. The freakin foreign employee told me that the coupon does not work even though it clearly says on it that it is valid. I told her to call her Manager but she said we don't have any managers at night shift. I left the store without purchasing anything. I would avoid this location whenever possible! If the owner/manager of this location cares about his/her customers, he/she would call me and I will update my post!

  couldn't get your order right if their lives depended on it. they were dealing with about 3 customers including myself, i ordered a toasted bagel with creamcheese with a medium double double, and i recieved the wrong bagel not toasted with just bacon in it with butter on the outside of the bagel and a coffee with one cream. considering the very low volume of customers at the time it is virtually impossible that they could have mixed up orders. they forgot my order from the time i ordered in the drive thru and got to the window a few seconds after and even had to double check/confirm what i had ordered because they had it wrong and still got it wrong after i had corrected them.

  Rude drive thru lady dropped my change and didn't apologize. Wasn't even paying attention to the money she was handing back. Hire competent workers for gods sake.

  Potentially the slowest Tim Hortons restaurant in the Tri-Cities. Staff appear to be consistently slow and there's usually at least one employee who is assigned to loiter and do absolutely nothing; during peak hours the loitering employee is partnered with a colleague who is apparently responsible for watching the coffee being brewed. The speed of the service is only overshadowed by the terrible quality food sold at a premium price.

  Worst drive through ever. I go here daily because it's the only drive through TH on my way to work and every single time they hand me my change and two drinks and my food all at the same time. And rush me the f out of there. I end up throwing my money and spilling drinks just to be able to go. Like 3 girls at the window all handing me things all at the same time. And rudely saying "here you go, bye!" The last time I went through I made them wait and hold my things while I slowly put my change away. Bitches. I hate this drive through.
